Power Enterprise PE1420 turbo kit
This relatively new turbo kit from Power Enterprise uses P20 size ball-bearing turbos from IHI, reworked ("syaryu" turbine) by Power for better response. The compressor is rated to flow 14M3/min or 495cfm, which comes close to the flow rating of TD05s (510cfm). The manufacturer claims ~550rwhp @ 1.2kg/cm2 of boost for everyday/street use, and short duration (less than 30sec) max of ~600rwhp @ 1.5kg/cm2 of boost for drag use.

My friend in Japan who has had both turbos emailed me his experiences: the PE1420 turbo kit has good response from 1500rpm to redline, while with the GT2530 turbo kit, power flattens out above 5000rpm (single turbo Silvias running the GT2530 kit also experience this). The boost response of the PE1420 is a little better than the GT2530, making it much more suitable for circuit racing.

The Power PE1420 turbo kit comes with turbos, all gaskets/bolts and two Japan TT spec stainless-steel downpipes. The Japan-spec downpipes will not directly bolt in with US TT spec midpipes/testpipes. You will need either the Stillen 1/4 pipe adapter (supposed to be for the GT2530 kit, but will essentially work with all Japan-spec downpipes), US NA spec or Japan TT spec midpipes/testpipes, or have an exhaust shop extend your existing midpipe/testpipe to fit.

Please note that to provide sufficient exhaust flow to these turbos, your stock exhaust manifolds should be ported/extrude honed.
